NEET UG 2026 fee refund process underway; Check updates on NTA Re-NEET advance city intimation slip, admit card

The National Testing Agency(NTA) will close the portal for submission of bank account details on June 22, 2026. In other words, the NTA NEET UG fee refund portal will close in just 19 calendar days. Candidates are required to log in to the NEET (UG)-2026 registration portal using their credentials and access the refund link to submit their bank account details.

Candidates may also upload a cancelled cheque, if desired, to ensure accuracy of the bank account information. Once the bank account details are submitted, the same shall be treated as final and no further modification shall be permitted thereafter. Candidates are required to fill in the details as specified in Annexure-I, carefully. The facility for submission of bank account details shall remain available till 22 June 2026 (up to 11:50 P.M.).

Account Holder Name as per bank account, IFSC Code, Account Number, Bank Name, and a scanned copy of a cancelled cheque (optional) are some of the key details that are required to be filled by the candidate.

The National Testing Agency will conduct the re-examination of NEET (UG) for admission to the undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India on 21 June 2026 (Sunday). The duration of the examination will be from 02:00 PM to 05:15 PM (IST), including time for examination formalities. This examination will be conducted in various cities across the country and abroad Pen & Paper Mode (Offline) in 13 languages i.e. Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Prior to the examination, the testing agency will release the exam city slip and admit card. Students can download the admit card and exam city slip on the official website https://neet.nta.nic.in/. It is to be noted that the agency has not released any exact date and time for the publication of the NEET UG exam city slip and the NEET UG admit card.

However, the NEET UG exam city slip will be released before the NEET admit card. Earlier in the press conference, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced that the candidates will also get to choose their preferred test cities again, and they will get their admit cards by June 14.
