The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has declared the NEET UG counselling 2026 schedule for admission to undergraduate medical courses in the state.
Eligible candidates can apply via the official website from August 7 to August 11, 2026, up to 3 pm. The Jharkhand NEET UG merit list 2026 will be published on August 12, followed by the first round of online counselling from August 13.
As per the official notification, the counselling process will take place in four stages.

- Registration and choice filling starts: August 13, 2026
- Last date to register and fill choices: August 19, 2026
- Seat allotment and allotment letter download: August 22-28, 2026
- Document verification and reporting to the allotted college: August 23-28, 2026
Round 2 Counselling
- Online application form filling (new candidates): August 25-27, 2026
- Release of Round 2 state merit list: August 30, 2026
- Display of vacant seat matrix: August 31, 2026
- Choice filling and locking begins: August 31, 2026
- Last date of choice filling: September 6, 2026
- Seat allotment result: September 8-14, 2026
- Document verification and admission: September 9-14, 2026
Round 3 Counselling
- Online application form filling (new candidates): September 11-12, 2026
- Display of merit list: September 15, 2026
