Umar Ansari Arrested | Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari’s younger son Umar Ansari has been arrested by Ghazipur Police from Darulshafa area of Lucknow. The police team took him into custody when he was present at the residence of his elder brother and Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) MLA Abbas Ansari.
According to sources, Ghazipur police has taken Umar Ansari with them for necessary interrogation. Umar Ansari’s mother Afsha Ansari is a 50 thousand rupees bounty on her head in the case of making fake signatures.
Let us tell you that at present nine cases are registered against the family of late Mukhtar Ansari, a mafia who was a five time MLA from Sadar Vidhan Sabha. Three cases of violation of model code of conduct are registered against both sons Abbas and Umar Ansari. While three cases are registered against Mukhtar’s absconding wife Afshan Ansari.
This is the whole matter
According to the Ghazipur police, the fraud came to light in a petition filed for the release of a property confiscated under Section 14(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters Act. The property belonged to the late Mukhtar Ansari, former gang leader of IS-191.
Investigation revealed that Mukhtar Ansari’s younger son Umar Ansari, with the intention of taking illegal advantage, had prepared fake documents as part of a well-planned strategy and presented them in the court by forging the signatures of his mother and Afshan Ansari, who is facing a reward of Rs. 50,000.
When the matter came to light, a case was registered at Muhammadabad police station, Ghazipur district. Muhammadabad police arrested Umar Ansari from Lucknow on 3 August.
